In order to give the player the best possible chance to succeed, we have put together
this unique program that:
- gives an honest evaluation
DSB uses a pro style scouting report. This lets the player know exactly where their
skills are strong and weak and how they compare to what college coaches and
professional scouts are looking for.
- provides instruction on how to improve the player's skills
DSB does private, semi-private, team clinics, and camps to help players learn how to
improve their skills and therefore better their evaluation statistics.
- participate in pre-showcase clinics and showcase camps
DSB offers player's a unique opportunity to go through a showcase style format and
be evaluated to see where improvement is needed to make the best possible
impression when attending showcase events
- Player Development Program and College Advisory Program
INSIDE RECRUIT shows players how to make sense of the recruiting process
and promote themselves more effeciently to increase their visibility to college
coaches. All players participate in practices, clinics, camps, and receive the Inside
Recruit Handbook that includes a year round schedule for weight lifting, running,
agility, throwing program, recruiting calendar, and much more.

the most from their ability, and navigate the ins
and outs of their baseball journey.
Our focus is on instruction and overall player
development at all levels. We understand that in
order to become a complete baseball player you
need to know how to practice properly, take care
of your body, handle adversity, build on success,
and be mentally tough. We are looking for
players that want to learn and work on their
baseball skills throughout the year.
