To sign up for any Camp go to the EVENTS page and find the camp.  All paperwork such as the application and/or medical release waiver is there and can be filled out online and emailed back.  You may pay for Camps online through PayPal or send in payment. 

      

Liability Waiver


Each participant including minors must agree to the following terms in order to use the facilities being leased by Diamond Stars Partners, LLC at 5621 Departure Drive, Raleigh, NC 27616 (hereinafter “ The Cage”).

Each participant understands that The Cage is a self service facility. Diamond Stars Partners will not provide any employees. All participants are to inspect The Cage before beginning and at the end to make sure all equipment (baseballs, softballs, bats, tees, etc) is accounted for and stored properly.   Any equipment that is not accounted for will be billed back to the participant, guardian, or team.

Anyone that uses The Cage understands the risks involved in participating in baseball/softball activities. Each person will use their own judgment and assumes the risks associated with any activities at The Cage. Risks such as, but not limited to, being hit by a thrown, batted, or ricocheted ball, a swung bat, a thrown helmet, or participants catching pitchers and getting hit by a ball.

Diamond Stars Partners, LLC nor any employees, managers, or independent contractors are liable for any injuries, lost or stolen items, damages of any kind. All participants relinquish any future claims or demands that they may have against Diamond Stars Partners, LLC.

I hereby agree to all of the terms and conditions associated with using The Cage and understand that this waiver acts as a contractual agreement with The Cage and Diamond Stars Partners, LLC.
